The Town approved a two-year CPA appropriation for this regional program in 2012. This funding renews the Town's participation and will cover the fees for the next two-year contract. The regional program assists with affordable housing matters which include monitoring affordable units, compliance with regulatory agreements and home ownership training for affordable unit owners.
